As a Senior Manager / Associate Director - Talent Acquisition for the Financial Research Business Unit, you will be responsible for:
10-14 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on hiring for financial research, capital markets, or analytics-driven roles.
Prior experience in managing and scaling recruitment teams in complex or matrixed environments.Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, engage, and align with senior business leaders.Proven track record of strategic hiring, sourcing innovation, and talent mapping for niche functions.Educational qualifications from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutions (MBA/Postgraduate) are strongly preferred.Location flexibility is limited - preference for candidates based in or open to relocating to Hyderabad.Industry experience in one or more of the following is highly preferred:
