Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ambala for a Senior Manager (Account Acquisition). The role involves managing account acquisition processes, analyzing financial data, and ensuring excellent customer service. Daily tasks include communicating with potential clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, managing financial accounts, and developing strategies to attract new clients. The Senior Manager will work closely with other team members to achieve account acquisition targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Finance
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Account Management and handling client relationships
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant experience in the banking or financial sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Proficiency in relevant financial software and tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
