Role Description

This full-time role for an SM (Account Acquisition) at IDFC FIRST Bank requires on-site presence in Ambala. The SM (Account Acquisition) will be responsible for acquiring new accounts, managing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include identifying new customer acquisition opportunities, maintaining financial records, conducting customer service activities, and managing various accounts. The incumbent will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and compliance with company policies and regulations.
