Slimming Technical Head

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Slimming Technical Head to lead our slimming division across multiple branches. The role focuses on driving sales through dietician teams, ensuring smooth branch operations, and achieving outstanding client slimming results.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate dieticians to achieve sales, revenue, and client result targets.
• Ensure adherence to slimming protocols, quality standards, and compliance.
• Conduct branch visits for audits, performance reviews, and training.
• Drive sales conversions from consultations while maintaining client satisfaction.
• Coordinate branch operations and resolve escalations promptly.
• Prepare and present performance reports to the GM & CEO.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the slimming, wellness, or aesthetic industry.
• At least 2 years in a team leadership/management role.
• Proven track record in sales growth and operational excellence.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the region.

Compensation & Benefits

• ₹45,000 – ₹60,000 per month (based on experience).
