About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Wellness & Aesthetic Sales Expert who can combine deep knowledge of wellness practices with strong aesthetic product/service sales expertise. The ideal candidate will excel in client consultation, personalized recommendations, and high-quality client conversion for both wellness and aesthetic treatments.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Consultation – Wellness & Aesthetics

• Conduct assessments to understand client needs related to wellness, skin care, body contouring, aesthetics, and lifestyle management.
• Provide expert guidance on aesthetic treatments (e.g., skin rejuvenation, hair treatments, body sculpting) and wellness programs.
• Explain treatment benefits, procedures, expected results, and post-care instructions to clients.

Sales & Client Conversion

• Convert leads into confirmed clients through effective consultation and relationship building.
• Achieve monthly conversion targets for wellness programs and aesthetic packages.
• Present customized packages to clients based on their goals and concerns.
• Upsell and cross-sell related products, treatments, and membership plans.

Customer Relationship Management

• Maintain strong follow-up with potential and existing clients for meetings, consultations, and treatment reminders.
• Build trust to ensure high client retention and repeat business.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, sales logs, and consultation notes.

Operational & Promotional Support

• Support treatment center operations and coordinate with therapists, doctors, and wellness advisors.
• Assist with promotional activities, open-house events, workshops, and marketing campaigns.
• Keep updated knowledge of new wellness and aesthetic trends, technologies, and services.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Life Sciences, Aesthetics, Cosmetology, or related fields (preferred).
• 1–4 years of sales experience in wellness, aesthetics, dermatology clinics, cosmetology centers, fitness centers, or similar industries.
• Strong knowledge of skin care, aesthetic treatments, or wellness programs.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver strong client conversion.
• Proficiency in local language and English is essential.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
