Position Overview

The Wellness Expert at Minus is responsible for delivering personalized, science-backed wellness guidance to clients across nutrition, fitness, mental well-being, and lifestyle optimization. This role focuses on creating holistic wellness plans, offering one-on-one coaching, and supporting clients in achieving long-term health goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed wellness assessments, including lifestyle, nutrition, fitness, and stress indicators.
• Design customized wellness programs aligned with client health objectives.
• Provide ongoing coaching through consultations, follow-ups, and progress tracking.
• Educate clients on evidence-based practices in nutrition, exercise, and holistic wellness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client experience and service quality.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality.
• Promote a supportive, positive, and motivating wellness environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Certification or degree in nutrition, fitness, health coaching, or related wellness fields.
• Strong knowledge of holistic health, lifestyle medicine, and behavior-change principles.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and client engagement skills.
• Ability to create structured, personalized wellness plans.
• Experience with digital wellness tools and tracking platforms (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
