Job Title:

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced SLA (Internal Contract) Coordinator to join our Banking Platform IT team. The role involves managing and coordinating service level agreements related to internal contracts, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with global stakeholders across multiple regions including APAC, Americas, Europe, and MEA.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate SLA (Internal Contract) issuance in collaboration with internal teams, project managers, and beneficiaries
Manage SLA signatures by coordinating with onshore managers, beneficiaries, and service providers
Ensure legal documentation delivery aligns with project deliverables and escalate issues as needed
Produce and monitor KPIs related to SLA compliance and performance
Schedule, prepare, and lead committee meetings related to SLA governance
Coordinate with Legal and Compliance teams to adapt SLAs per regulatory requirements including data protection and IT security standards
Initiate contracts upon deployment of purchases or in-house applications
Conduct regular service reviews with beneficiaries and providers to track KPIs and service quality
Manage controls and governance processes for SLAs to ensure adherence and continuous improvement

Preferred candidate profile

10 years of relevant working experience in SLA (IC -Internal Contract)
Fluency in English both oral and written (mandatory)
Ability to work in an international environment
Knowledge of Legal documentation, Data Protection (GDPR), IT Security
PPT, Excel also Power BI will be helpful

Legal experience or background is preferred on internal or external contract.
