Job Description

Outbound Client Engagement:
Proactively reach out to mapped clients to identify and generate Trade FX business opportunities, ensuring regular connects to drive wallet share.
Client Portfolio Management:
Build, maintain, and deepen relationships with clients to understand their FX requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Revenue Generation:
Achieve assigned targets through cross-selling trade products and maximizing fee-based income.
Coordination & Compliance:
Liaise with internal stakeholders for seamless execution, ensure adherence to compliance guidelines, and maintain high service standards.

Requirements:

Should have sound knowledge of Current Account and Trade FX products and processes.
Ability to understand different customer profiles and provide tailored solutions as per their business needs.
Strong communication skills with a proactive approach towards achieving targets.
Prior experience in handling Trade FX clients will be an added advantage.
