Job Summary: We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Skin Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training skincare professionals, aestheticians, and sales staff on the use of skincare products, treatments, and techniques. You will play a key role in ensuring that employees deliver exceptional service and product knowledge to clients. Key Responsibilities: Deliver in-depth training on skin anatomy, skincare products, and facial treatments. Educate staff on product benefits, ingredients, and proper application techniques. Provide onboarding training for new hires and ongoing development sessions for existing staff. Conduct workshops, demonstrations, and hands-on training sessions. Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback and improvement plans. Stay updated with the latest skincare trends, ingredients, and technologies. Assist in developing training materials, manuals, and e-learning modules. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams for product launches. Maintain training records and generate reports on training effectiveness. Support retail partners or franchise outlets with staff training, as needed. Requirements: Diploma or certification in cosmetology, aesthetics, dermatology, or a related field. Proven experience in skincare training, beauty education, or as a senior aesthetician. Strong knowledge of skin types, conditions, and skincare treatments. Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage and motivate learners in a professional setting. Flexibility to travel locally or regionally for training sessions. Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar software (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.). Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with luxury skincare brands or in a clinical setting. Certification as a trainer or in adult education is a plus. Multilingual abilities are an advantage (depending on the region).
