Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Nail Technician to join our salon team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for nail care, a creative eye for design, and a commitment to excellent hygiene and client satisfaction. You will provide a wide range of nail services including manicures, pedicures, nail art, gel and acrylic applications. Key Responsibilities: Perform manicures and pedicures with precision and care Apply gel, acrylic, shellac, and other nail enhancements Create custom nail art based on client requests Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe work environment Keep updated on the latest nail trends, techniques, and products Provide excellent customer service, including client consultations Recommend appropriate nail care products and services Maintain records of appointments and client preferences Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience as a nail technician or similar role Strong knowledge of sanitation and sterilization procedures Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail Friendly and professional demeanor Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, if needed Preferred Skills: Experience with advanced nail techniques (e.g., ombre, encapsulated designs) Familiarity with nail drill tools and electric file usage Retail or upselling experience in a salon setting Benefits: Competitive salary and/or commission structure Tips and bonuses Ongoing training and career development opportunities Employee discounts on products and services Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,863.51 - ₹39,016.34 per month Benefits: Health insurance Paid sick time Work Location: In person
