Roles and Responsibility

Provide high-quality nail care services, including cutting, shaping, and polishing.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
Develop and implement effective nail care techniques to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with other crew members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Stay updated with the latest nail care trends and technologies to enhance skills.
Participate in ongoing training and education to improve performance.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Nail Technician with a strong understanding of nail care principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for interacting with customers and colleagues.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail is necessary to maintain high-quality nail care services.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software is preferred.
