Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled, licensed, and passionate Aesthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing exceptional skincare services tailored to individual client needs, with a strong understanding of skin health, cosmetic treatments, and customer service. You will perform facials, skin analyses, hair removal, and other aesthetic services in a clean, professional, and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a range of professional skincare treatments, including:
• Facials (deep cleansing, anti-aging, acne, etc.)
• Chemical peels and microdermabrasion
• Waxing and hair removal (body and facial)
• Dermaplaning, extractions, and exfoliation
• LED light therapy and other advanced treatments (if trained/certified)
• Conduct thorough client consultations and skin analysis
• Develop and recommend personalized skincare regimens
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of skincare products, tools, and trends
• Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are clean, sanitized, and stocked
• Build strong client relationships and encourage repeat business
• Promote and upsell skincare products and services
• Maintain accurate client records, treatment notes, and follow-up recommendations
• Comply with all state licensing laws, regulations, and company protocols

Qualifications:

• Valid and active state license in aesthetics (Esthetician or Cosmetology License required)
• Minimum [X] years of experience in skincare or spa services preferred
• Certification in advanced treatments (chemical peels, microdermabrasion, lasers) a plus
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational abilities
• Ability to maintain a professional, calm, and friendly demeanor
• Sales experience in skincare products is a plus
