Role Overview

Skin Educator

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct theory and practical sessions on skin, beauty, and wellness treatments.

• Deliver the Lakmé Academy curriculum effectively and ensure student engagement.

• Demonstrate treatments including facials, skin analysis, peels, clean-ups, and advanced skin therapies.

• Guide students in developing technical skills, client handling, and professional etiquette.

• Stay updated with the latest skincare products, tools, and techniques.

• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.

• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards in the training environment.

• Support Academy events, workshops, and student competitions.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Cosmetology, Skin, or Beauty Therapy from a reputed institution.

2–4 years of professional/teaching experience

• Strong knowledge of skin physiology, dermatological concerns, and product usage.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and shaping future beauty professionals.

• Ability to motivate and engage students with hands-on learning.
