Overview


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct end-to-end process mapping for current application management workflows.
  • Design and run structured surveys/interviews with multiple teams to gather activity, tool usage, and output data.
  • Analyze processes to identify inefficiencies, duplication, and conflicts of interest.
  • Recommend optimized roles, responsibilities, and tool usage to enable a smooth SAM-to-APM transition.
  • Deliver clear documentation, process maps, and executive-level findings.


Preferred Qualifications

  • ITIL certification

  • Experience with

    ServiceNow SAM/APM modules

    .
  • Prior consulting experience in large enterprise or engineering/construction industry environments.
