Site visit coordinator

You will be responsible for planning site visits by finalising details with site contacts and leaders, including determining the best structure for the visit. Building relationships with clients and maintaining strong client relationships will be a key aspect of your role. You will conduct both scheduled and unscheduled site visits at healthcare providers" offices. In addition, you will manage tasks to ensure that staff and activities are coordinated effectively and completed on time. Ensuring a safe and positive environment for staff, customers, and visitors will be a top priority. It is important to maintain a working knowledge of relevant programs, policies, and resources to support your work. You must meet all contractual obligations and be willing to travel frequently within a designated territory. Excellent time management skills are essential for this role, as is the ability to work remotely while developing interpersonal relationships with peers and workgroups. Please note that we are specifically looking for female candidates who are willing to travel to various sites. Possession of a bike and a valid Driver's License is mandatory for this position.,
