Role Overview

We are looking for a Mid-Level Site Technician with hands-on experience in electrical panel installation, wiring, testing, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will support on-site execution of projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery in line with client requirements and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in installation, wiring, and commissioning of LV/MV electrical panels, busbars, switchgear, and distribution boards.
• Execute cabling, termination, and field wiring for electrical and automation systems.
• Support engineers in PLC/SCADA/HMI installations, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and corrective actions at project sites.
• Work with the project team to ensure safety compliance, quality checks, and timely execution.
• Document site activities, prepare basic reports, and update progress to supervisors.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for smooth project execution.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma / ITI in Electrical, Electronics, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in site execution (electrical panels, cabling, automation systems).
• Knowledge of electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts.
• Familiarity with tools, testing equipment, and site safety protocols.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical and control wiring issues on-site.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to PLC, SCADA, HMI, and VFD drive systems.
• Experience in industrial/commercial project execution.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical fabrication and busbar assembly.
• Willingness to travel to project sites (within Telangana/India).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹35,442.64 per month
