Job Description

Job Title: Site Supervisor Location: Pune Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations on our project sites. The ideal candidate will coordinate all on-site activities, quality standards are met, manage subcontractors, and report progress to management and the designers. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a solid understanding of construction processes. Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day site operations to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met. Coordinate work schedules and tasks for subcontractors and laborers. Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress and quality of workmanship. Report site progress, challenges, and needs to the Project Manager/designer Maintain accurate records of site activities, incidents, and equipment. Assist in the procurement and delivery of materials and supplies. Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts that may arise. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in interior design or related fields. Knowledge of design/site procedures, materials, and project management principles. Ability to read, understand and interpret technical drawings and plans. Strong leadership and communication skills. Good organizational and problem-solving abilities. Basic computer proficiency (e.g., MS Office, project management software). Preferred Qualifications: Diploma or degree in the relevant field. Valid driver’s license. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,641.66 - ₹25,000.00 per month Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
