Job Description

Job Title : Site Supervisor

Location: Vikhroli / Borivali (Mumbai)
Salary: Up to 40,000 per monthExperience: 3 to 5 YearsShift: Standard (Day Shift)Work Mode: On-siteTravel: Pan-India travel required

Job Summary :

Site Supervisor with a BE Electrical background

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily site activities for solar power plant installations
Oversee contractors, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely and quality execution
Ensure work is carried out as per approved
engineering designs, drawings, and specifications
Monitor electrical installations, testing, and commissioning activities
Troubleshoot electrical and site-related issues during execution
Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality norms, and project guidelines.
Conduct site inspections and report progress to the project/engineering team
Coordinate with design, procurement, and project management teams
Maintain site documentation, daily progress reports, and compliance records
Travel across India for project execution and supervision as required

Required Qualifications & Skills

BE / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
(Mandatory)
Strong understanding of electrical systems, solar installations, and drawings.
Experience handling contractors and vendors.
Ability to read and interpret electrical layouts, SLDs, and GA drawings
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across India.
Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Experience

Prior experience in renewable energy or solar EPC projects
Exposure to site safety standards and electrical compliance norms
Experience in
Rooftop Solar
Power is Preferred

Compensation : 30,000 to 40,000 per Month
