Executive - Store

• Receive, inspect, and verify construction materials as per purchase orders and delivery challans
  
• Maintain accurate records of inward and outward material movements
  
• Ensure proper storage, stacking, and labeling of materials as per safety standards
  
• Issue materials to site engineers and contractors as per approved requisitions
  
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages, excesses, or damages
  
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical stock with records
  
• Maintain inventory registers, bin cards, and ERP entries
  
• Coordinate with procurement and site teams for material planning
  
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures
  
• Handle returnable and non-returnable materials
  
• Prevent material wastage, theft, or misuse
  

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelors degree (Logistics, Stores Management, Civil, or related field preferred)
  
• 2–5 years of experience as a Store Executive in construction or infrastructure projects
  
• Knowledge of construction materials (cement, steel, aggregates, fittings, tools, etc.)
