Job Title: Site Supervisor – Solar Projects

Location: Khariar Road (On-Site Stay Required)
Salary: 20,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, technically skilled, and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee daily solar installation activities at Khariar Road. The candidate must stay on-site and manage project execution, team coordination, quality control, and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily solar installation and maintenance activities at the site.
• Coordinate with engineers, electricians, technicians, and project teams.
• Monitor work progress and ensure timely execution of tasks.
• Maintain site documentation, daily progress reports, and material records.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Inspect installation work including panels, wiring, mounting structures, and inverter systems.
• Communicate project updates to management regularly.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and guide technicians on electrical/solar work.
• Ensure proper handling of tools, equipment, and materials.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Educational Qualification:
• ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering (mandatory)
• Additional solar-related certification preferred
• Experience:
• 1–3 years as a Site Supervisor (solar industry preferred)
• Technical Skills:
• Knowledge of solar installation, wiring, and electrical systems
• Understanding of safety protocols and quality checks
• Soft Skills:
• Strong communication, coordination, and leadership abilities
• Good documentation and reporting skills
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
• Other Requirements:
• Must be willing to stay on-site during the project duration
