Role Des cription This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor. The role is located in Ahmedabad. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met, managing a team of workers, coordinating with subcontractors, and maintaining a safe and compliant work environment. Qualifications Experience in site management and supervision Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Skills in project management, including scheduling and resource allocation Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in using relevant software tools for site management Ability to ensure safety and compliance at construction sites Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
