Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Manufacturing Site lead and Marketing/Initiatives Follow-Up Specialist at Finobel Furnitures. This role requires a multifaceted approach, encompassing both operational oversight of our manufacturing site and diligent follow-up on other initiatives. *Responsibilities:* 1. *Manufacturing Site Management:* - Oversee day-to-day operations at the manufacturing site, ensuring production targets are met efficiently and safely. - Coordinate with production teams to optimize workflow, minimize downtime, and resolve any operational issues. - Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of craftsmanship and product excellence. - Manage inventory levels and procurement processes to ensure adequate supplies for production. 2. *Marketing Follow-Up:* - Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and initiatives. - Follow up on leads generated from marketing efforts through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings. - Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement or expansion. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Experience: total work: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
