Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Site Supervisor. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations at construction sites, ensuring project timelines are met, maintaining high standards of safety and quality, coordinating with subcontractors and vendors, and effectively communicating with all stakeholders. Additional duties include site inspections, monitoring progress, and resolving any issues that arise during the construction process.

Qualifications

• Experience in Site Supervision, Construction Management
• Proficiency in Reading Blueprints and Architectural Plans
• Strong Leadership and Team Management skills
• Knowledge in Project Scheduling, Budgeting
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Commitment to Safety and Quality Standards
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is a plus
• Experience in the Architecture and Interior Design industry is a plus
