Job Description

A Civil Foreman in Mivan construction projects is responsible for supervising and coordinating all on-site construction activities, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to plans and specifications, with a focus on Mivan (aluminum formwork) construction methods. They manage labor, materials, and equipment, maintain quality control, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Key Responsibilities: Supervision and Coordination: Oversee and manage all on-site civil construction activities, including excavation, formwork (specifically Mivan), reinforcement, concreting work Mivan Shuttering Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of Mivan formwork systems, including installation, dismantling, and quality control. Resource Management: Efficiently allocate and manage labor, equipment, and materials to meet project deadlines and budgets. Quality Control: Inspect and ensure that all work is performed to the required quality standards, adhering to project specifications and building codes. Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations and protocols on the construction Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or delays promptly and efficiently. Reading and Interpreting Drawings: Accurately read and interpret civil engineering drawings, layout plans, and work specifications.
