Site Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate construction activities at our project sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and quality. This role is responsible for managing on-site operations, ensuring project timelines are met, and supervising site staff and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate and monitor the work of subcontractors, laborers, and equipment operators.
• Ensure that materials, tools, and equipment are available and properly used.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment; enforce health and safety protocols at all times.
• Track project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports for senior management.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance.
• Resolve site-related issues promptly to avoid project delays.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain accurate site records, including work logs, safety checklists, and material deliveries.
• Train and mentor junior staff and laborers as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor, Foreman, or similar role (minimum 3–5 years).
• In-depth understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend) is a plus.
• Certification in site safety, first aid, or OSHA training is desirable.

Education:

• 12th/Graduation/diploma or equivalent required.
• A degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time, on-site role with extended hours and weekend work as required.
• Work is performed outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, climb, and lift materials when necessary.
