About the Role
We are seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee cement loading and unloading operations at our site in Somnath. The supervisor will be responsible for managing labour, ensuring smooth daily operations, and maintaining safety and compliance standards.
Supervise and manage labour teams at the site.
Allocate tasks for cement loading & unloading and monitor work progress.
Ensure safety protocols and company policies are followed at all times.
Maintain daily attendance and productivity records of workers.
Coordinate with management regarding manpower requirements and site updates.
Resolve on-site issues and grievances promptly.
Ensure quality and timely completion of work.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in construction / logistics / material handling.
Ability to handle a team of contract labourers efficiently.
Knowledge of safety guidelines for loading/unloading operations.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Basic record-keeping and reporting ability.
Must be open to working in a site-based role.
