We are hiring a Site Supervisor to manage and supervise construction site activities. The candidate will be responsible for supervising the proper execution of post-tensioning works , ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to design specifications.. Freshers and experienced candidates interested in advancing their career in civil construction and specializing in post-tensioning works are welcome to join us. Note: All selected candidates will undergo a 3-month probation period . Responsibilities Supervise and manage daily construction site operations Ensure compliance with design drawings, project specifications, and safety regulations Coordinate site activities and resources, including manpower and materials Monitor work progress and report project status to the Project Manager Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality and safety Maintain accurate site records (work logs, safety reports, material usage) Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders Resolve on-site issues and provide practical solutions Qualifications Education: A degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred. Experience: Prior experience in construction supervision is advantageous but not mandatory for freshers. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Overnight Shift (Preferred) Night Shift (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
