Site Supervisor

We are hiring a Site Supervisor to manage and supervise construction site activities. The candidate will be responsible for supervising the proper execution of post-tensioning works, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to design specifications..

Freshers and experienced candidates interested in advancing their career in civil construction and specializing in post-tensioning works are welcome to join us.

Note: All selected candidates will undergo a 3-month probation period.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily construction site operations
• Ensure compliance with design drawings, project specifications, and safety regulations
• Coordinate site activities and resources, including manpower and materials
• Monitor work progress and report project status to the Project Manager
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality and safety
• Maintain accurate site records (work logs, safety reports, material usage)
• Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
• Resolve on-site issues and provide practical solutions

Qualifications

• Education: A degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: Prior experience in construction supervision is advantageous but not mandatory for freshers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
