Position: Site Supervisor Location: Gurugram, Haryana Package: ₹2.4 LPA Experience: Minimum 1 year Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant field Company Overview: Paudha Private Limited is a leading company specializing in terrace gardens, balcony gardens, and landscaping. Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and organized Site Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations at our project sites. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in supervising construction and landscaping projects and will ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and with top-notch quality. Key Responsibilities: - On-Site Supervision: Manage and oversee all activities at the project site, including the work of contractors, laborers, and vendors. - Progress Monitoring: Ensure that work progresses according to the schedule and report any delays or challenges to the Site Engineer or Project Manager. - Material Management: Ensure timely availability of materials on-site and track inventory. - Quality Control: Inspect ongoing work to ensure that it meets quality standards and company specifications. - Safety Compliance: Monitor safety measures on-site and ensure adherence to all safety protocols. - Vendor & Labor Coordination: Liaise with vendors and coordinate with the labor force to ensure smooth workflow. - Problem Solving: Address any on-site issues or challenges quickly and efficiently to prevent delays. Skills & Qualifications: - Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field. - Minimum 1 year of experience in a site supervision role, preferably in construction or landscaping. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Good knowledge of construction techniques and materials. - Ability to read and understand basic drawings and specifications. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with team members, labor, and vendors. - Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively under pressure.
