Job Description

Role Overview We’re looking for a passionate and persuasive Sales cum Designer Executive who can blend creativity with communication. The ideal candidate will meet clients, understand their space and style preferences, showcase curated green decor ideas, and close sales for balcony related installations and products. Key Responsibilities Meet potential clients (Residential) and understand their green decor needs Present design concepts and product offerings aligned with client spaces Offer expert guidance on suitable plants, pots, and decor elements Prepare and share quotations, follow up, and close sales Coordinate with the backend team for design execution and timely delivery Maintain client relationships for repeat and referral business Skills & Requirements Background in Interior Design , Landscape Design , or Sales in Home & Garden industry preferred Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong design sense and ability to visualize spaces Customer-first mindset with a knack for problem-solving Basic knowledge of plants, planters, and materials is a plus Own vehicle for client visits is preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Paid sick time Provident Fund Compensation Package: Commission pay Performance bonus Schedule: Day shift Experience: sales: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 01/07/2025
