Role Description This is a contract role for a Site Supervisor based on-site in Mumbai. The Site Supervisor will oversee the construction operations of the co-working space, ensuring timelines are met and work is done according to drawings. Responsibilities include managing the contractor staff, coordinating with clients and vendors, ensuring timely resolution of issues, and maintaining safety and security protocols. Qualifications Strong organizational and time management skills Experience with facilities management and maintenance coordination Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in handling safety and security protocols Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Experience in the co-working or real estate industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field Show more Show less
