About the Role

We are an upcoming energy and manufacturing company setting up a state-of-the-art factory in Surat. We are looking for a skilled and proactive Site Engineer with hands-on experience in industrial shed or factory building construction. The role involves supervising execution at site, ensuring quality and safety, coordinating contractors, and achieving timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise site execution of industrial shed/factory building works and manage contractors/workforce.
• Interpret and verify structural drawings, BOQ, and execution schedules.
• Monitor quality standards, safety compliance, and material consumption.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely execution.
• Prepare and maintain site progress reports, daily logs, and documentation.
• Support inspections, audits, and compliance activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve site-level construction and design issues.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in site supervision for industrial shed/factory construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of drawings, BOQ, measurements, and construction execution.
• Familiar with quality checks, safety norms, and material management.
• Ability to manage teams and contractors effectively.
• Strong problem-solving, reporting, and communication skills.

Salary Range
