Site Supervisor

A Site Supervisor for gate automation manages all on-site activities related to the installation, maintenance, and operation of automated gates, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. They supervise personnel, manage resources, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: Supervision and Management: Oversee the installation and maintenance of gate automation systems, including directing and coordinating the work of installation teams and subcontractors. Safety and Security: Ensure the safety and security of the site by implementing and enforcing safety regulations, monitoring access control systems, and addressing any security concerns. Quality Control: Monitor the quality of work, ensuring that it meets project specifications and standards. Communication and Reporting: Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders, providing regular progress reports and addressing any issues or concerns. Resource Management: Manage the resources required for the project, including personnel, equipment, and materials. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues that arise on-site, ensuring that the project stays on schedule and within budget. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily logs, reports, and documentation related to inspections and maintenance. Skills and Qualifications: *Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of gate automation systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. *Supervisory Skills: Ability to manage and lead a team of personnel, providing guidance and direction. *Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and team members. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues that arise on-site, ensuring that the project stays on track. Safety Knowledge: A thorough understanding of safety regulations and procedures. Documentation and Record-Keeping: Ability to maintain accurate records of project progress and documentation. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for project management and documentation. Experience: Previous experience in construction, electrical, or automation fields is highly desirable.
