Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, located in Mumbai, for a Site Supervisor. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily on-site operations, ensuring the timely completion of projects, coordinating with clients, contractors, and team members, and maintaining safety standards. Responsibilities include supervising construction activities, managing resources, conducting site inspections, resolving issues, and ensuring quality control.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction management, site supervision, and project management
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
• Strong communication and leadership skills to coordinate with clients, contractors, and team members
• Ability to manage resources and conduct site inspections
• Proficiency in using construction management software and tools
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Relevant certifications or degrees in construction management, civil engineering, or related fields
• Experience in the design and architecture industry is a plus
