Job Overview:

LIMESTONE is looking for a proactive and experienced Site Supervisor to manage and oversee construction activities at various project sites. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role demands strong leadership, organizational skills, and hands-on experience in managing site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Management:

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and workforce.
• Ensure adherence to construction plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Team Coordination:

• Allocate tasks to workers and subcontractors.
• Provide guidance and support to site personnel.
• Resolve on-site issues and escalate major concerns to the Project Manager.

Quality Assurance:

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality of work.
• Identify and correct deviations from approved plans and standards.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and site cleanliness.

Safety Compliance:

• Enforce safety protocols and ensure use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings.
• Report and document any incidents or near misses.

Resource Management:

• Manage materials, tools, and equipment efficiently.
• Track inventory and request supplies as needed.
• Prevent wastage and ensure optimal resource utilization.

Reporting & Documentation:

• Maintain daily site logs and progress reports.
• Document attendance, work completed, and issues encountered.
• Communicate updates to the Project Manager and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 1-2 years of experience in site supervision or construction management, Freshers are also welcome
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.

Working Conditions:

• Work is primarily conducted on active construction sites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
