Jr. Architect
Job Summary: As an Architect at Limestone, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our projects. You will be responsible for designing innovative and sustainable architectural solutions, managing design processes, and ensuring the successful execution of architectural plans from concept to completion. This role requires creativity, technical expertise, and a passion for building outstanding environments. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other team members to develop architectural concepts and plans. Produce detailed architectural designs and blueprints using CAD software and other design tools. Oversee the entire design process from initial concept through to construction, ensuring all designs align with client needs, budget, and timeline. Ensure all designs comply with local zoning laws, building codes, and safety regulations. Develop and present design proposals to clients, ensuring that the final designs meet client expectations and project requirements. Manage and direct the preparation of technical drawings, specifications, and documentation. Coordinate with construction teams to ensure designs are executed as intended. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve any design-related issues during construction. Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into projects. Contribute to project proposals, feasibility studies, and cost estimates. Mentor junior architects and design staff, providing guidance on technical matters and design quality. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field. years of experience as a licensed Architect or in a similar design role. Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Suite). Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and regulations. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. A portfolio showcasing previous architectural designs and completed projects. [Any specific certification, e.g., LEED accreditation, if relevant].
