The Site Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role demands strong leadership, organizational skills, and hands-on experience in managing site operations. Key Responsibilities: Site Management: Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and workforce. Ensure adherence to construction plans, specifications, and safety standards. Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of tasks. Team Coordination: Allocate tasks to workers and subcontractors. Provide guidance and support to site personnel. Resolve on-site issues and escalate major concerns to the Project Manager. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality of work.
