Site Supervisor

Job Title: Supervisor – Construction

Location: Greater Noida West, Sector 12

Salary: 10k to 18k

Experience: 1–2 Years (Construction Experience Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day activities at the construction site and ensure smooth execution of work.
• Assign tasks to labor and ensure productivity, discipline, and safety on site.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, architects, and procurement teams.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to plans, timelines, and specifications.
• Maintain daily reports on work progress, labor attendance, and material usage.
• Identify and resolve site issues promptly; escalate major concerns to project managers.
• Conduct regular safety checks and enforce health & safety regulations on-site.
• Ensure equipment and materials are used efficiently and maintained properly.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma/ITI in Civil Engineering or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience in construction supervision.
• Strong leadership and team-handling skills.
• Good understanding of technical drawings and construction processes.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders on site.
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
