Job Title: Lead Generation Executive (Real Estate | Meta Ads) Location: Sector 2, Noida Experience Required: 1 to 3 years Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month Industry: Real Estate Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Executive with hands-on experience in running Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads for the real estate sector. The ideal candidate should also have basic skills in video editing to support ad content creation and campaign promotions. Key Responsibilities: Plan, create, and manage lead generation campaigns on Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram). Generate high-quality leads for residential or commercial real estate projects. Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better ROI (Cost per Lead, Lead Quality, etc.). Edit short-form promotional videos using basic editing tools (e.g., Canva, InShot, CapCut, etc.). Maintain lead databases and coordinate with the sales team to ensure lead conversion tracking. Stay updated with Meta ad policies, audience trends, and ad formats.
