About the Role:

Lead Generation Specialist

Role & responsibilities

Identify and qualify potential leads from the US market through targeted outreach (email, LinkedIn, cold calling).
Develop and execute lead generation strategies tailored to enterprise clients, particularly in the
Banking & Financial Services
domain (preferred, but not mandatory).
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead flow with business objectives.
Maintain accurate records in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and track KPIs such as response rate, conversion rate, and lead quality.
Deliver consistent results through proactive and personalized communication with prospects.
Participate in internal planning sessions and contribute insights on market trends and client needs.

Required Qualifications:

3 years of experience in
lead generation, business development, or client acquisition
, preferably with
US-based clients
.
Proven track record of generating qualified leads in B2B environments.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (fluent, professional tone).
Experience working in
financial services, banking, or SaaS
is a plus.
Ability to work effectively in a structured, office-based environment (onsite required).
Proficient with CRM platforms, email outreach tools, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Preferred Skills:

Understanding of the US business landscape and decision-making processes.
Familiarity with Agile or project-based work environments.
