Site Supervisor

We are seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee and monitor daily activities on-site. The selected candidate will help manage labour, coordinate materials, and ensure that work progresses adequately while maintaining site cleanliness.

Key Roles of a Civil Supervisor:

Site Management:

• Oversee daily site activities and ensure compliance with construction plans.
• Monitor work progress and coordinate tasks to meet deadlines.

Team Supervision:

• Direct and manage workers, subcontractors, and equipment operators.
• Ensure that all workers understand their duties and adhere to safety and quality standards.

Quality Control:

• Inspect materials, workmanship, and overall construction for quality assurance.
• Ensure that the construction meets regulatory and design specifications.

Budget and Resource Management:

• Assist in managing project resources to avoid wastage.
• Track material usage and manpower against the budgeted plan.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Maintain daily reports of work progress, issues, and labour usage.
• Communicate regularly with project managers and engineers.

Essential Skills:

• Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Good communication (verbal and written)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
• Familiarity with project management and reporting tools.
• Awareness of health and safety regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
