Job title: Site Supervisor-Interior Location: Vasna-Bhayli Road, Vadodara. Job mode: Onsite/Hybrid Company Overview: Comfortable travelling within assigned area. Skills required: Site supervision, Coordination, Communication, Material management and reconciliations, reporting and safety etc. Roles and responsibilities: -Oversee and manage all on-site activities related to interior construction and renovation projects. -Overseeing and managing project personnel, setting goals, and seeing projects through to completion. -Manages the day-to-day operations of an assigned work from senior for the execution of interior design project. -Working with designers, vendors, contractors, and other professionals to ensure projects are completed on time and to client specifications. -Interacting with clients and other stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure effective communication. - Demonstrating a strong understanding of interior design principles. -Having a proven track record of executing successful designs. -Having excellent communication skills. -Candidate should be good at multitasking and Pleasant personality. - 2 to 5 Years of Experience in the Interior projects. -Candidate must be a self-motivated, energetic, team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to work Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,392.74 - ₹30,745.32 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Morning shift Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 100% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
