Site Supervisor – Interior Finishes & Fit-outs

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor – Interior Finishes & Fit-outs located in Hyderabad. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of interior finishes and fit-outs for various projects. This includes managing site operations, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, ensuring quality control, adhering to project timelines, and maintaining health and safety standards on-site. The Site Supervisor will also be responsible for regular reporting and communication with project managers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in Interior Finishes, Fit-outs, and Project Management
• Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and quality standards
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Ability to coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders effectively
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings
• Awareness of health and safety regulations and practices
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Relevant qualifications in Construction Management or a related field
• Experience in handling interior projects in the real estate or related industry
