Role: Site Supervisor – Data Clean Projects

We are seeking a Site Supervisor for our Data Clean vertical, responsible for overseeing the installation and execution of cleanroom-ready raised flooring systems for data centers and high-performance environments. This role is crucial to ensuring that all site activities are aligned with project goals, safety protocols, and quality standards specific to data-sensitive environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site execution of data clean projects including flooring installation, coordination of manpower, and daily progress tracking.
• Ensure adherence to cleanroom protocols, dust-free standards, and strict contamination control measures.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and client representatives to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
• Maintain detailed project records, including daily logs, site photos, and material movement.
• Conduct regular safety briefings and enforce EHS compliance as per industry and company standards.
• Manage subcontractors and vendors on-site and ensure alignment with project timelines and requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in data center or cleanroom environments.
• Strong understanding of clean construction protocols and contamination control.
• Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings, site layouts, and technical schematics.
• Exceptional leadership, team coordination, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with safety standards and ability to lead toolbox talks and safety audits.
• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Additional certifications in cleanroom practices or data center operations are an advantage.
