Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee and manage epoxy and polyurethane (PU) flooring projects. The candidate will be responsible for on-site execution, quality control, workforce management, and timely project delivery while maintaining safety standards and client satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:
Project Execution & Supervision

Oversee day-to-day site activities for epoxy and PU flooring works.

Ensure proper surface preparation, primer application, mixing, and coating procedures.

Monitor correct usage of materials and equipment as per specifications.

Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients for smooth operations.

Workforce & Team Management

Supervise and guide team on-site.

Plan manpower allocation based on project timelines.

Ensure that the team follows proper application techniques and safety protocols.

Quality Control & Safety

Ensure proper adherence to quality standards and project specifications.

Conduct regular inspections to avoid defects like bubbles, pinholes, or delamination.

Enforce strict compliance with health and safety guidelines.

Material & Equipment Handling

Track material requirements, consumption, and wastage.

Coordinate with the store team for timely material delivery.

Ensure proper handling, storage, and maintenance of tools and equipment.

Reporting & Documentation

Maintain daily work progress reports.

Update project timelines and communicate site status to management.

Report site issues, delays, or material shortages promptly.

Key Skills & Competencies:

In-depth knowledge of epoxy, PU, and other industrial flooring systems.

Strong understanding of surface preparation techniques and application processes.

Ability to read technical drawings and follow project specifications.

Hands-on experience in quality inspection and troubleshooting.

Excellent team management and leadership skills.

Good communication and coordination abilities.

Problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.

Qualifications & Experience

Education: Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Civil (preferred) or relevant field.

Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in epoxy, PU, or industrial flooring projects.

Certifications: Knowledge of safety certifications will be an added advantage.

Work Environment & Conditions

On-site role, requires travel to multiple project locations.

Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, or night shifts if required.

Should be physically fit to supervise on-site activities

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
