Site Supervisor (Electrical)

Job Summary The Site Supervisor (Electrical) is responsible for overseeing electrical installation, maintenance, and commissioning activities at project sites. The role involves managing site teams, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, coordinating with contractors and clients, and ensuring timely project completion. Key Responsibilities Supervise electrical works such as wiring, cabling, panel installation, lighting, earthing, and equipment connection. Plan daily site activities and allocate work to technicians and electricians. Ensure compliance with electrical drawings, layouts, and technical specifications. Conduct quality checks on materials and workmanship. Maintain safety standards and ensure proper use of PPE and electrical safety protocols. Coordinate with the Project Engineer, contractors, and other departments for smooth execution. Prepare daily progress reports and submit to management. Troubleshoot electrical issues on-site and provide effective solutions. Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems. Ensure work completion within budget and deadlines.
