Site Supervisor (Electrical)

We are looking for an Site Supervisorfrom Electrical Field who will oversee the daily operations of our Transmission and Substation sites and had on-site experience of at least 2 years.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and enforce quality control processes to ensure the highest standards of workmanship.
• Conduct inspections to verify compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with project managers to plan and schedule project timelines.
• Communicate regularly with clients, project managers, and subcontractors to provide updates on project progress.
• Enforce and promote a strong safety culture on site.
• Ensure that all work is conducted in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including installation records, inspection reports, and safety documentation.
• Prepare and submit progress reports to project managers.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a site engineer or similar role.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to communicate and report effectively.
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards.
• Flexibility to work in different shifts and environments.
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• Proficient in using computer software for project management and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others.
• Excellent time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
