We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor for our Electrical Firm in Pune. The candidate will be responsible for supervising on-site operations, ensuring work progress aligns with quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage all electrical works at the site, including installations and testing. Ensure adherence to project schedules and maintain work quality. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and team members for smooth execution. Monitor resource allocation, material usage, and site safety protocols. Conduct site inspections and resolve any on-site issues. Maintain daily progress reports and update project managers regularly. Qualifications & Skills: Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering. 2–5 years of experience in electrical site supervision. Strong understanding of HT/LT installations, cables, and power distribution. Proficiency in site management and safety compliance.
