Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Supervisor, based in Bengaluru. As a Site Supervisor, you will oversee and manage interior design project sites, ensuring timely completion of work while maintaining quality standards. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with design and implementation teams, supervising laborers and subcontractors, monitoring project schedules, maintaining safety protocols, and providing regular progress updates to the project manager. Effective communication with clients to address their requirements and concerns will also be key to this role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project supervision, site management, and on-site coordination.
• Strong understanding of interior design and execution, including Modular Kitchens, Furniture, Electrical & Plumbing, and other interior services.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and address client requirements.
• Proficiency in managing schedules, problem-solving, and adhering to quality and safety standards.
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and an ability to ensure compliance.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with project management software and digital tools is a plus.
