Job Description

You will be responsible for overseeing construction site activities and ensuring the timely completion of projects. Your main duties will include supervising site work and workforce, coordinating with engineers, vendors, and contractors, monitoring quality and safety standards, managing material inventory efficiently, preparing daily site progress reports, resolving on-site issues, and ensuring project timelines are met. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in site supervision (civil or construction), the ability to read technical drawings and plans, strong leadership and communication skills, and knowledge of safety and quality protocols. This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule that may include day shifts and rotational shifts. The role may require you to travel up to 25% of the time. The work location is on-site.,
