Site Supervisor (Day/Night Operations)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all on-site activities during assigned shifts (day/night), ensuring work is executed as per approved drawings and quality standards.
  
• Coordinate and monitor subcontractors, vendors, and labor teams to ensure productivity and timely task completion.
  
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental protocols in compliance with company and legal standards.
  
• Maintain daily site reports, including labor attendance, material usage, and progress updates.
  
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to technical specifications.
  
• Monitor delivery and usage of construction materials; report shortages or excesses.
  
• Communicate effectively with the project manager, engineers, and other supervisors for smooth shift handovers.
  
• Address and resolve any on-site issues, escalating major concerns to relevant stakeholders.
  
• Ensure proper lighting, safety signage, and equipment functionality during night operations.
  
• Maintain site discipline, cleanliness, and orderliness during all working hours.
  

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
  
• Minimum 412 years of experience in site supervision, with exposure to both day and night operations.
  
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and technical drawings.
  
• Ability to manage labor teams and subcontractors efficiently.
  
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night duty and weekends as needed.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with project reporting tools is an advantage.
  
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  
• Physically fit and alert for long working hours and night shifts.
